This really is an unprecedented time we all find ourselves in. More and more, our respective jurisdictions are
ordering us all to stay home. For many people, it’s simply not possible. Our grocers, hospital staff, and others
must go into work still. There is another segment of us that can still run our business from home. Still, others
might need to do both. Regardless, this article contains some critical tips for your company to remain helpful
to your respective customer base. After all, we need to keep our businesses running.
Most of us are finding ourselves working from home. With the COVID-19 virus pushing us all more and more indoors and
away from the office, we're finding ourselves becoming remote workers. Since our team has been 100%
remote since inception, we have a lot of lessons we’ve learned over the years. This post includes a
video and slide deck presentation full of tips and resources that you and your team can use to be more productive working from home.
Ever since computers have been widely available, we seem to be in a never-ending battle against the
“bad guys” online. They’re constantly trying to hack us, steal our private information, create
fake identities, and so many other nefarious acts. It’s difficult to keep up with all of the
latest details and exploits that you could potentially be exploited by. Here are a few tips to
make your life a bit more worry-free, as well as protect you and your business at the same time.
I’m not yet out of Europe. I’m sitting in my hotel room in Paris, enjoying the sounds of the
city, just blocks away from the Eiffel Tower. I spent about an hour last night after midnight,
exploring the city. I can’t help but reflect on what DNN has done for my life. It’s
quite literally changed it, for the better, time and time again. As a minor and superficial
example, over 15 years ago when I started with it, I never thought it would lead me to Switzerland
or France, much less riding a scooter around the Eiffel Tower after midnight. I’ve come a long
way over the years, and so has our community. We’ve all grown, and this conference marked an
important new milestone in our mutual journey.
The Hotcakes Commerce community was recently restored a few months ago when version 3.0 was released. This was
welcomed with a lot of enthusiasm since our community was once very large and strong. There was a bit of gamification
in the previous community, and we wanted to ensure that we still had that kind of experience with the new one.
This article will help you get to know a bit more about the new community features that give you rewards.
