We felt incredibly challenged with Website speed and web hosting costs. More
importantly than how we felt - our customers were having a negative experience and that's never
ok.
The Upendo team handled the transition [to the Hotcakes Cloud] amazingly. There
were complications because of how our website was built and the team at Upendo went above and beyond
to make it right. We now have a faster website, with better support at about 1/8 the cost.
It's not all about price, but when you can lower your cost by a significant amount
it tells me our previous provider was taking advantage of us. I appreciate Upendo's
honesty and integrity.
