Prior to working with the Hotcakes Commerce platform, our biggest challenge was
creating sales on mobile devices. While we had started a mobile initiative it was really
difficult to retro-fit any responsiveness into our old site. Not to mention every change to
the site required a developers time, the business units could not manage products or content.
The Hotcakes Commerce platform was responsive right out of the box. We got our
developers to develop a custom theme to keep our look and feel and we were mobile ready in a few
days. On top of that, we were able to give individual business units the power to edit
products and content.
We have been a very happy customer and have enjoyed the Hotcakes Commerce Platform
since 2015. Every single year we see more mobile traffic to our site and every single year we
see growth in sales. The first year we saw a 20% increase in sales. The
second year we saw a 19% increase in sales. The third year we saw a
21% increase in sales and this year we are on track for another 20%
increase.

solution. There has not been a business requirement that we have not been able to meet with
